Our ideas are utilised in all conceivable settings – in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, for food supplements, and in the food and lifestyle segment. In addition to a wide range of standard products, we also develop customer-specific solutions on demand, capitalising on our unique decades-long expertise. Tradition and innovation for the closure and dosing systems of tomorrow.
Learn from the best.
In order to provide you with the necessary specialist expertise in your apprenticeship vocation, a well-oiled, experienced, and motivated team is necessary. With our group of instructors, we teach you the work steps by utilising modern learning methods, while also catering individually to you as the learner. It is important to us that we do not simply impart knowledge to you in a separate apprenticeship workshop. Instead, with us, theoretical knowledge is followed directly by practical application in actual operations. You are part of daily operations from the very beginning. During your apprenticeship, you will be rotated between various departments that are important for your scope of duties.
Thanks to our constant optimisation of the subject-specific, practice-oriented apprenticeship programme and intensive examination preparations, our apprentices always achieve outstanding results.

Heinlein Plastik-Technik is active internationally. The cohesion within the company, and a familial and personal atmosphere, are extremely important to us. The bond and connectedness between the teams is essential in order to provide our customers with the best support and quality.
Whether it’s a simple screw cap, dropper, or complex dosing system – it’s not just what's inside that counts, but above all: tailor-made packaging.
But it’s not just the sheer variety of products which characterises Heinlein Plastik-Technik – diverse, stimulating duties also await you in the various departments.
In order to be closer to our customers, we have sales channels and representation around the globe. International trade fairs and customer visits are therefore part of our work environment. In order to remain at the top of our game linguistically, we offer regular language courses for our employees.
Each year, we organise a summer event for employees, as well as internal and external team-building drives. Furthermore, we also get involved with things happening in the region, such as the Eyber Christmas Market. In order to remain active and networked, we organise regular activities such as mountain bike training, running groups, go-kart events and much more.
A wide range of internal and external training courses offer you optimal opportunities for development. We offer you the best platform for achieving your goals and developing yourself as part of an international team.
Innovations are a significant pillar of our success! The push-and-turn system for a child safety cap was invented by our founder Hans Heinlein. He submitted the first patent specifications for this design back in 1951. Hence, it is part of our DNA to search for answers to pressing questions of the future and new packaging materials.
Our workspaces feature modern, future-oriented design and amenities, both in the offices and manufacturing departments. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us. As a company, we provide our employees with personal protective equipment.
It is a priority to us as a company to make a contribution in this field. For many years, we have been part of regional projects. In particular, supporting children is a matter that is very close to our hearts. To find out how we implement this in practice, please read our regular reports under NEWS.
