In order to provide you with the necessary specialist expertise in your apprenticeship vocation, a well-oiled, experienced, and motivated team is necessary. With our group of instructors, we teach you the work steps by utilising modern learning methods, while also catering individually to you as the learner. It is important to us that we do not simply impart knowledge to you in a separate apprenticeship workshop. Instead, with us, theoretical knowledge is followed directly by practical application in actual operations. You are part of daily operations from the very beginning. During your apprenticeship, you will be rotated between various departments that are important for your scope of duties.
Thanks to our constant optimisation of the subject-specific, practice-oriented apprenticeship programme and intensive examination preparations, our apprentices always achieve outstanding results.

Innovations are a significant pillar of our success! The push-and-turn system for a child safety cap was invented by our founder Hans Heinlein. During the job interview, you will meet one employee from HR and one representative from the specialist department. During this personal meeting, we will get to know you, and you will get to know us better. You will also find out more about your prospective field of work and our company, and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have. When we invite you for interview, we will inform you well in advance about which steps you can expect, so that you are always optimally prepared. Any travel costs incurred are not eligible for reimbursement by us.
Soon after the interview, we will contact you to discuss any subsequent steps. If you are not successful, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with data protection laws, and your application documents returned to you.
