Cone seal

A cone seal is the simplest and most inexpensive method for tightly sealing a bottle. During manufacturing, the closure receives a conical sealing lip on the inner side of the cap. Sealing therefore takes place using the closure itself, without the use of a sealing disc. The advantage of this is an inexpensive sealing solution.
All closure variants are available with a cone seal.

Sealing discs

When particularly high requirements need to be fulfilled, special disc inserts ensure the indispensable barrier properties for your product. Variants range from simple foam inserts to sophisticated aluminium, Surlyn and Teflon linings, or even RFID inlays.
