Each year, we conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In this survey, our customers evaluate the overall performance of the company over the period of a year in various categories, such as the quality of its products, adherence to schedules, and price level.
Customers and representatives were contacted via e-mail in the spring of 2019 with a survey form requesting feedback and asking about their level of satisfaction. As in the previous year, the results were highly positive. The survey on customer satisfaction achieved a final rating of 1.84. All participants basically said that they would recommend Heinlein Plastik-Technik to others.
